Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of ReddScale ("we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial or using a free tool, you agree to them. If you use ReddScale for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

The service

ReddScale measures how AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity describe brands, finds public Reddit conversations relevant to your business, and drafts replies for you to review. It includes free tools on our website and a Chrome extension.

ReddScale never posts, votes or sends messages on Reddit or anywhere else for you. Anything published under your name is published by you, and you are responsible for it.

Your account

• Give accurate sign-up details and keep your login secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
• You are responsible for what happens in your organisation, including the actions of teammates and clients you invite.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use ReddScale.

Acceptable use

Your use must follow our acceptable use policy, the rules of every community you take part in, and the terms of any third-party platform involved, including the Reddit User Agreement and the Reddit Rules. We may suspend accounts that break it.

Plans, trials and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude taxes unless stated.
• Trials last the number of days shown when you start one. If you haven't added a payment method by the end, scans and drafts pause until you choose a plan. Your data stays.
• Plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, we don't refund partial periods.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you add, such as prompts, brand details, knowledge base material and reply drafts. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to use anything you add.

AI output

Drafts, summaries and analysis are produced by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Review everything before relying on it or publishing it. Measurements of AI answers reflect the answers we received at the time and may differ from what other people see.

Third-party services

ReddScale relies on services we don't control, including AI model providers, Reddit's Data API, and integrations you connect such as Slack or WordPress. Their availability and terms can change, which may affect features.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ReddScale available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we remove a core feature of a paid plan, we'll give notice and a pro-rated refund on request.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk. After closure we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by third-party platforms, including moderation decisions or account restrictions on Reddit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We'll post updates here and, for material changes, email account owners at least 14 days before they take effect.
