- What counts as a prompt?
- One question you want tracked, such as “best CRM for a small agency”. Each prompt runs on all four engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, through their official APIs) every day, for each country you choose. API answers can differ from what the consumer apps show a signed-in user.
- Is the trial the full product?
- The trial runs on Starter with every feature, capped at 25 tracked prompts and 5 reply drafts a day. Subscribing lifts the caps to your plan's limits right away.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- After 14 days the workspace pauses scans and drafting until you pick a plan. Your data stays, and you can subscribe from billing settings.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can switch plans or cancel from billing settings at any time.
- How does yearly billing work?
- Yearly plans cost 20% less than paying monthly and are charged once a year.
- Do you post to Reddit for us?
- No. Your team reviews every draft and posts it from their own account using the Chrome extension. We don't offer managed posting or accounts.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Card payments through Stripe. Agency plans can also be invoiced.
